About This Course
IMPORTANT! The course is currently in the early access stage with several modules coming soon. The completion certificates are not yet going to be provided until the full training course is released. The currently available materials might still be modified.
What you will learn. This course will help you administer daily tasks in Veloce CPQ and know when you need a developer’s help. You will learn the basics of Veloce core components: what they are, how they work, when and how to use them.
Time commitment. The course takes from 2 to 4 days to complete depending on your pace. It includes 100+ short video lessons, grouped into 18 modules. The course has no time limit, you can complete it at your own pace.
Testing. The course has 80 quizzes to test your knowledge. You may reference the course material while completing the quizzes. To pass the course, you must score at least 70% on all of the quizzes. You only get one attempt to take each question. After an unsuccessful attempt, this quiz is considered as failed and will impact a grade rate.
Prerequisites. It may be easier if you know Salesforce or any other similar CRM, but it is not a must. Beginners without prior CRM experience can still take this course and follow along.
System requirements. A laptop with the internet is all you need. The Open edX platform works best with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.

Certification. You will receive a certificate at the end of this course if your grade is at least 70% of all of the 90+ quizzes. The certificate has no expiry date.
Practical videos. To replicate the practical video demonstrations on a real system, you will need to have a Salesforce Org with the Veloce CPQ packages installed. Email devops@veloceapps.com to get access to the latest packages.
